Backings & Pad
Backings are the key to safety and the preservation of both the rug and the flooring underneath. The optimal backing depends on the surface the rug will cover.
Non-Skid Backing
Designed for a rug installation over a hard surface such as hardwood, natural stone or tile, a non-skid backing protects the floor surface, provides stabilization to the rug and offers some cushion.Felt Backing
Developed specifically for rugs to be installed over carpeting, felt backing preserves the nap of the carpet underneath.
Carpet Baseboards
We offer a carpet base as an attractive alternative to traditional baseboards made of wood, vinyl, or rubber. Carpet base can be made from the same or coordinating carpet as the floor for more pleasing aesthetics and design continuity.
Corinthian carpet baseboards are available in a variety of sizes and styles, including Bind-N-Stick with adhesive attached and stair stringers.
